1. Court reservations and cancellations
- All court bookings are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are late cancellations. They are not eligible for a refund or a rescheduled booking.
- Approved rescheduled bookings must be used within 30 days of the original booking and are subject to availability.
- Up to 10 players are allowed per court.
- Please arrive on time. If you're running late, let us know. Unclaimed reservations may be released to other guests without a refund or credit.
- In case of illness or emergency, a booking may be transferred to another player with management approval. Otherwise, the booking is forfeited.
- Court assignments are subject to availability and management discretion.
2. Court etiquette and player conduct
- Wear proper sports attire and non-marking court shoes.
- Denim, slippers, Crocs and leather shoes are not allowed on court.
- Treat fellow players, staff and guests with respect.
- Foul language, bullying, harassment, fighting and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
- Use all facilities and equipment responsibly. Damage caused by negligence, misuse or intentional acts may result in repair or replacement charges.
- Follow staff instructions, court rotation rules and scheduled playing times.
- Do not enter occupied courts or extend your playing time without staff approval.
3. Misconduct and intoxication
- Management may refuse entry, deny service, stop play or remove any guest for misconduct, abusive behavior, harassment, violence or repeated rule violations.
- Guests who appear intoxicated or otherwise unable to play safely may not play or use the facilities.
- Unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate behavior related to alcohol is prohibited.
- Bookings forfeited because of misconduct or intoxication are not eligible for refunds or credits, subject to applicable law.
- Management may restrict future access when needed to protect the safety and comfort of all guests.
4. Safety, weather and liability
- Play responsibly and take care when using the courts and facilities.
- Guests take part in pickleball and other physical activities at their own risk and should consider their physical condition before playing.
- Guests are responsible for making sure any personal equipment they bring is safe and suitable. Management may restrict equipment that presents a safety risk.
- Play may be suspended because of rain, slippery surfaces or other unsafe conditions. Remaining playing time may be rescheduled, subject to availability and management approval.
- Please report any injury, accident, hazard or damaged equipment to staff as soon as possible.
- Western Pickleball Center is not responsible for injuries, accidents, losses or damages arising from the use of the facilities or equipment, or from taking part in activities, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Please keep your belongings secure. Western Pickleball Center is not responsible for lost, stolen or unattended items, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
5. Facility rules
- Keep the facility clean and dispose of trash properly.
- Outside food and beverages are subject to facility policies and applicable fees.
- Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed without management approval, and a corkage fee applies to any that are approved.
- Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas unless authorized by management.
- Only small dogs are allowed. They must be vaccinated, wear a diaper, and stay leashed and under the owner's control. Owners must clean up after them.
- Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated smoking areas.
- Children must be supervised by a parent, guardian or responsible adult while on the premises, unless they are in a staff-supervised program.
- Respect other guests and avoid unnecessary noise or disturbances.
6. Management's right to enforce these rules
Western Pickleball Center may enforce these rules, refuse entry or service, stop or end a session, or restrict future access because of misconduct, intoxication, safety concerns or repeated violations, and may take reasonable action to protect the safety of guests, staff and facility property.
Acknowledgment
By entering the facility, booking a court or taking part in activities, guests agree to follow these rules and all reasonable instructions from staff.
